Rates

January-February: $310 per night, two night minimum stay
March: $435 per night, two night minimum stay
April: $485 per night, 3 night minimum stay
May: $499 per night, 5 night minimum stay
June: $599 per night, 7 night minimum stay, requires Saturday to Saturday check-in/out
July: $649 per night, 7 night minimum stay, requires Saturday to Saturday check-in/out
August: $599 per night, 7 night minimum stay, requires Saturday to Saturday
September: $499 per night, 5 night minimum stay
October: $449 per night, 3 night minimum stay
November-December: $429 per night, 2 night minimum stay

Deposit information: 50% is required when booking with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

Policies & Options

– Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. (Self check-in with door combination)

– Check out time is 10:00 a.m.

– Cancellation Policy- your reservation is non refundable if cancelled within 6 months of arrival date. However, if we’re able to re-rent your time for the regular rates we will refund you 90% of what you’ve paid in.

– ALL stays will incur a $250 cleaning fee AND a $59 admin fee.

Due the size and locations of our homes, we have a very precise housekeeping schedule. Our housekeepers will arrive at 10:00, so it is imperative that you are completely out of the house by 10:00. We are not able to accommodate late check outs.

– Pets are allowed with a $99 pet fee.

– Recommended “Linen Package” available for $150, which includes all bed linens, washcloths, kitchen towels (you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer).

– Golf cart available upon request: HIGHLY recommended as this is the preferred way to commute around Ocean Lakes (pricing varies).

– Baby items available upon request (high chair and port-a-crib).
